User Roles

The following user roles are available in GemaPark

Role: System Administrator

Restrictions:
None

Role: Manager

Restrictions:
No access to the Users Section so cannot modify user logins or permissions.

Role: Admin

Restrictions:
No access to the Admin Tab so cannot modify tariffs, unit details, extras details, user logins or permissions or any system setup options.

Role: User

Restrictions:
No access to the Admin Tab so cannot modify tariffs, unit details, extras details, user logins or permissions or any system setup options.

Cannot delete transactions in the ledger.

Role: Courier

Restrictions:

No access to the Admin Tab so cannot modify tariffs, unit details, extras details, user logins or permissions or any system setup options. No access to Customers, Tasks, Units, Maintenance, Bookings and Reports tabs.

Only 2 weeks’ chart visible. Cannot make new bookings or blackouts but can amend existing bookings within the 2 week window.

Role: Housekeeping Manager

Restrictions:
Only have access to Housekeepers Dashboard

Role: Housekeeper

Restrictions:
Only have access to Housekeepers Dashboard

Role: Maintenance Manager
Able to view all maintenance tasks
Able to access maintenance reports
Able to create and edit a maintenance task
Able to view job sheets

Role: Maintenance User
Only able to view maintenance tasks they are an allocated user of
No access to maintenance reports
Able to create a maintenance task
Can only edit Status, Priority, Progress Notes, Required By, Scheduled Start Date and Scheduled End Date fields on a previously created maintenance task assigned to them.
Able to view job sheets

Reports

In addition all report templates can be restricted to particular roles.

Multi-Park Park User Assignment

If the Company has multiple parks you can assign the user one or more Parks and one or more Secondary Parks in Addition to a user role.

Assigned Parks.

No Parks Assigned to the user

The user will have access to all parks and can view the tasks, dashboard, reports and chart for all parks.

One or more parks assigned to the user

Only Tasks relevant to the assigned parks are shown.

Reports, Chart and Dashboard and admin functions are limited to assigned parks only

Customer bookings on non-assigned parks can be viewed but not edited

One or more Secondary parks assigned to the user

In addition to their assigned parks the user will be able to view the chart for secondary parks. If the user is a Manager or SysAdmin role they will be able to edit and save bookings and blackouts on secondary parks as well. All other roles can only view the chart and bookings for secondary parks.

Note users can view bookings for all parks from the customer screens anyway but cannot save changes. The secondary park assignment gives the user additional access to view the bookings on the chart and to edit the bookings if they are in the Manager role or above.
